Over the last twenty-plus years, the kitchen at the Kappa Psi house has seen many meals prepared, cooked, and served. The remodel and expansion of this space is the focus of our current capital campaign. With your support we hope to have a new kitchen for Beta Sigma Brothers to utilize for years to come. The North Dakota weather has the fire escape on the back of the Beta Sigma House showing its age. It is rusting and in need of blasting and repainting. The KPAG board is working with a local company to facilitate completion of this project in the near future.
The divider between the Meeting Room and Dining Room has become worn down by decades of use. A plan for replacement is being developed.
The 2012 upstairs remodel has left multiple rooms with moisture issues. This has resulted in some localized mold issues. The KPAG board has partnered with Beta Sigma Brothers to apply a mold killing primer and preventative sealant to affected areas as well as a complete repaint of all of the upstairs bedrooms.
Deep snows, post rot, and some neighbors looking for a shortcut home damaged multiple fence posts over the last winter. Beta Sigma Brothers, with some help from their GCD, replaced these broken posts.

The increase in active Beta Sigma Brothers has put a strain on the available seating during weekly Chapter Meetings. Recently a new sectional couch was purchased for the Living Room to match the Meeting Room sectional.
